What this app is

Unpaid wages, wanting to change workplace, getting injured — ask someone who has been through it.

There are also guides explaining the rules: changing workplace, pay and allowances, work injury, leaving Korea. We open the government sources ourselves, check the numbers, and write down the date we checked.

But we do not decide for you. Anything that needs a decision goes to the Ministry of Employment and Labor hotline 1350 — free, with interpretation.

We do not collect where you work or what your name is. There is no place in our database to store it.

What we do not hold cannot leak. We cannot hand it over if someone demands it, and nothing escapes if we make a mistake.

For location we take the region only, not your city or county. 'Southern Gyeonggi' yes, 'Ansan' no — combined with your industry it would narrow you down to one person at a small workplace.

We do not store what you searched for. When you upload a photo, we strip the location data before it leaves your phone.

You do not have to write in Korean. Write in Nepali and someone reading Vietnamese sees Vietnamese.

A machine does the translating, so it is not perfect. The original is always one tap away — if something reads strangely, look at it.

Guide translations are made with AI, and every number, deadline and phone number is checked against the Korean original. Ask 1350 about work, and 1345 about your stay and visa.

Anyone can post casual threads. No verification needed.

To answer questions or post information you need to verify your residence card. This keeps out wrong advice and brokers. Someone reading an answer should be able to judge whether it comes from a person in the same situation.

We take only your status of stay and its expiry date. We do not take your registration number. You crop the photo on your own phone, and we delete it the moment the check is done.

Phone numbers and messenger IDs are hidden automatically. This stops brokers from moving the conversation somewhere private.

Posts that demean a nationality or ethnicity cannot be published at all.

You can report anything wrong. A moderator looks at it. Hidden posts can be restored, and every action is recorded.

We checked the figures in the guides against government sources, but rules change often and the same rule applies differently to different people. Where we could not verify a number, we leave it out and tell you who to ask instead.
