I applied for industrial accident (medical care benefits), but even after a month, there's still no response. Is this wrong?

The Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service must decide and notify you whether to receive medical benefits within 7 days from the date of receiving the application. However, the period required for the review committee, legally mandated investigations and examinations, and document supplementation is not included in these 7 days. We count the periods spent notifying the company, gathering opinions, and investigations like epidemiological investigations. So it may take longer before a real decision is made.
