बाल सुरक्षा मापदण्ड

BREAKROOM(운영: 타라컴퍼니)은 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 이 기준은 앱과 웹사이트(breakroom.co.kr)의 모든 글·댓글·사진·프로필에 적용됩니다.

1. 금지하는 것

• 아동(만 18세 미만)이 나오는 성적인 사진·영상·글, 그리고 그런 자료로 가는 링크나 거래
• 아동에게 성적인 대화를 걸거나, 사진을 요구하거나, 만남을 요구하는 행위(그루밍)
• 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 아동 착취를 부추기거나 옹호하는 내용
• 아동의 사진·개인정보를 성적인 목적이나 협박에 쓰는 행위

2. 이용 연령

만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다(이용약관 제5조). 만 14세 미만임이 확인되면 계정과 관련 정보를 지웁니다.

3. 신고하는 방법

• 앱 안에서 — 글과 댓글의 「신고」, 다른 사용자 프로필의 「신고」와 「차단」.
• 메일로 — hello@breakroom.co.kr. 제목에 「아동 안전」이라고 적어 주세요. 로그인하지 않아도 됩니다.
• 아이가 지금 위험하다면 먼저 112(경찰)에 전화하세요.

4. 운영자가 하는 일

• 아동 안전 신고는 다른 신고보다 먼저 확인합니다.
• 확인되면 해당 글·댓글·사진을 바로 가리고 지웁니다.
• 올린 계정은 기간 제한 없이 정지합니다.
• 아동 성착취물로 의심되는 자료는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 경찰청(사이버범죄 신고시스템 ecrm.police.go.kr)과 방송통신심의위원회(1377)에 신고하고, 수사기관이 법에 따라 요청하면 협조합니다.

Child Safety Standards (English)

BREAKROOM (operated by TARA Company) does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. These standards apply to every post, comment, photo and profile in the app and on breakroom.co.kr.

• Prohibited: sexual images, videos or text involving anyone under 18, and links to or trading of such material; sexual messages to minors, asking minors for photos or to meet (grooming); content that sexualizes minors or promotes child exploitation; using a minor’s photos or personal data for sexual purposes or blackmail.
• Age: only people aged 14 and over may sign up (Terms, Article 5). Accounts found to belong to someone under 14 are deleted.
• How to report: in the app, use “Report” on any post or comment, and “Report” or “Block” on a user’s profile. Or email hello@breakroom.co.kr with “Child safety” in the subject — no login needed. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 (police in Korea).
• What we do: child-safety reports are reviewed before other reports. Confirmed content is hidden and deleted at once, and the account is suspended with no end date. Suspected CSAM is reported to the Korean National Police Agency (ecrm.police.go.kr) and the Korea Communications Standards Commission (1377) as required by the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
